Dough
- 300g plain flour
- 1 egg
- ~120ml water
- pinch of salt
Filling
- 250g minced pork
- 250g minced beef
- 1 small onion, grated
- salt, pepper
Steps
- Knead flour, egg, water, salt into a stiff dough. Rest it 30 minutes under a towel.
- Mix the meats, onion, salt, pepper. Add a splash of water so it's not dry.
- Roll dough thin, cut circles, put a small lump of filling in each, fold and pinch.
- Boil in salted water 4-5 minutes after they float. Serve with butter or sour cream.
- Extra ones go straight from the board into the freezer. No need to pre-boil.
